Hands&Feet Fall Check-in

Happy Fall Ya'All!

Well, seems only in Texas can it go from 88 degrees one day to 60 the next! It's been 21 years our family has been in this great state and it still catches us by surprise. The good news, it is not going to be 100 degrees at our food distribution today!

We have a great new opportunity for all our volunteers who would like to help with food insecurity. Community Garden Kitchen, which is located in McKinney, is serving free meals for anyone in need, no questions asked. Needless to say demand has been great and they need a little help! We will be there to lend a hand on November 2nd from 5 - 8, duties will include greeting guests, serving dinner and cleanup. This month we kick off our collection for the Burks families Thanksgiving boxes. Any donation is appreciated, a box of stuffing, a can of cranberry sauce, a bag of potatoes... whatever you are able to do! The families we serve feel so blessed that we help make their holiday a little brighter! See more details below.
