Children’s Ministry
Sunday Mornings for Children
Children's Sermons
At St. Andrew’s, we’ve organized our worship so that families can be together, while still providing age-appropriate learning experiences. Children (3 yrs +) begin worship in the main service which begins every week with a special Children’s Sermon given just for them by our clergy. Short and relevant, these engaging moments teach the Bible with humor and generosity, bringing a smile to faces of children and adults alike.
Children’s Church
After the Children’s Sermon, kids depart the main service and head off to age appropriate class rooms for a time of hands-on study and learning. Led by our volunteer teachers and using an exciting curriculum, kids experience Bible stories with crafts and activities. They return to the main service after the sermon is over but in time to continue worship and receive Holy Communion with their families.
Imagination Station
Between the services every Sunday Morning, from 10:10-11:00 am, we have Imagination Station. Focused on the same Bible story as the Children’s Church time, Imagination Station gives kids the chance to go deeper with crafts, music, and science projects to make the scripture come alive and help the students engage God’s word.
Nursery
Our nursery room is equipped with SafeChurch Certified and trained staff for infants and toddlers up to 3 years old. We pray over them that they will know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference throughout their life.
Our nursery is open at all regular Sunday services.
