Serving Our Neighbors This Fall

Hi Friends,

As a new season is upon us, we have multiple opportunities for you to serve our neighbors. We are currently holding a drive to support The Samaritan Inn, which serves families of Collin County. This is a great program that provides housing, meals, support with children, financial and literacy training, casework, and counseling, all of which is to get the residents on the road to self-sufficiency.

They are in desperate need of prepackaged snacks and bottled water. They use the snacks and water for bag lunches for the children now in school and the adult residents needing a lunch for their workday. If you are able, please drop donations off at the church office by Sunday, September 25. We will deliver all donations on Monday, September 26 at 2 pm.

Looking forward to October: Save the date for our Fall Festival Ministry Fair on Sunday, October 16th, both between services and after the 11 am service. We will have fun games for the kiddos, candy apples, and a chance for families to visit with our ministry leaders. From multiple bible studies to the Men’s Fellowship to the Grounds Hounds, and more, we have places for your talents and interests! Please plan to kick off fall with us!
