Help Fight Food Insecurity

Hi Friends,

Well May is here, and summer is right around the corner! We will use the months of June and July to refresh and regroup: Spend time with our loved ones at cookouts, family gatherings, and vacations. The only Hands&Feet opportunity that will run in June and July will be the food distribution and the making and distributing of snack bags. The problem of food insecurity is great, so it’s important to continue helping our neighbors and building on those relationships.

We have a fun church event that I would love input/help from everyone: the McKinney 4th of July Parade!! St Andrew’s would like to enter a float this year. I am looking for folks who can help create a patriotic theme and decorate the prize-winning float. All ideas welcome (click here to email me). It will be a fun way to participate in a city-wide event and let everyone know the love and enthusiasm of St Andrew’s!
