Belize Dinner & Auction Tomorrow

Dear Friends,

It was so good to see so many of you last week at worship (and this week up at the office)! My sabbatical time was wonderful, and I am grateful for it. I am also glad to be back and grateful for St. Andrew's.

I hope to see many of you tomorrow (Friday) night for our annual Belize Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction. Even if you haven't RSVP'd yet–still come! We'll have extra food!

This is always a wonderful evening, full of good fellowship and good food. And all the money we raise goes directly to our brothers and sisters in Belize for the work of the kingdom of God in that place.

This beautiful Madonna is one of the auction items – chosen for this email because today is the feast of St. Mary the Virgin (handicrafts from Belize are also on the table).

We're going to take over the whole church building! Dinner will be served in the Great Hall; the auction items are in Michie Hall.

While I'm on the topic of meals, if you like eating food, consider signing up for a Connect Group this fall. These small groups will meet on their own schedule to share meals, stories, and spiritual conversations. It's a great way to build meaningful connections with others in the parish.

In Christ,
Fr. Andrew
